Biography

Patricia Ferrari has served as an independent director for both public and private companies since 2023. Previously, she was a Managing Director at MBIA Inc. Prior to this, she practiced law for 22 years and served as one of the founding partners of the New York office of King & Spalding. Ms. Ferrari currently serves an Independent Director for Panolam Holdings, a manufacturer and retailer of integrated surface products and resins; Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, a provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services in partnership with hospitals and other healthcare providers; QualDerm Partners, which supports 158 practices across 17 states delivering dermatology, skin cancer care, cosmetics, plastic surgery, and pathology services; and CityBridge, the NYC-based consortium that owns and operates the city-wide public WiFi and digital services provider. Ms. Ferrari holds a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University.
